Our terms are very straightforward when it comes to purchasing.

Real trees are sold without warranty and we will do our best to educate on getting the most out of your tree. See this article

We cannot exchange a tree after purchase as they need to be a fresh-cut product for customers. We will do our best to help you find the perfect tree for your needs before making a purchase. See our guide here: Buying Guide

All our services in our shop and farm are provided complimentary (free of charge) such as tree netting, tree drilling for stands and assistance loading into your vehicle. We will do our best to provide the best experience when purchasing in our store or farm. See locations here

All our trees and products are sold individually. You can find all prices here.

We don’t charge VAT, so all prices are as displayed on our site our tree shops..

Delivery terms:

Our delivery service is contracted and is an additional charge for this service paid to delivery drivers. Prices are calculated by distance from our shop.

Delivery does not include collection service after Christmas.

Due to Christmas traffic and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee delivery time slots.

Our drivers are however flexible and can also deliver late evenings to try and ensure your order is delivered on the day requested.

We cant return or swap trees as a tree thats been inside a building is not a fresh cut tree.

To ensure your stand fits please purchase our easy fix stands or make note on order for requirements.

Delivery is to front door of house or loading bay of apartment block only due to distancing and to keep everyone safe from the spread of the virus. We take social distancing very seriously and will do as much as we can to help prevent spread.

If you are elderly or not physically able to stand a tree by yourself, our driver could fit your stand outside the premises. Please call us to request this on 087-7691389.

We also recommend visiting one of our locations so you can pick a tree that fits your preference and with social distancing measures in place. It is also surprising how easy it is to fit a tree in a car once netted.

Collection terms

Collection is also a contracted service and is an additional charge.

Collection charge is calculated on distance from shop.

Tree must be left outside house or apartment block or building.

If collection day is very congested it may be next colllection day

Our Cork Christmas Tree Collection service is between:

  • Thursday 4th – Sunday 7th of January 2024.
  • Thursday 11th – Sunday 14th of January 2024.

Collections run from the timeframe below:

  • Weekdays Mon-Fri: Collections between 7 pm-10 pm (Offices collected business hours)
  • Weekends Sat-Sun: Collections between 8 am-10 pm
